Standard Payment Terms
Login Multimodal offers our carriers a regular payment term of thirty (30) days after receipt by Broker. Charges must be correct, and Carrier must provide Login Multimodal with all necessary and accurate billing documents, including but not limited to correctly dated invoices, signed Carrier Rate Confirmation, delivery receipts, and bills of lading. Login Multimodal offers all of our carriers ACH payment transfers. ACH payments are subject to a $7.00 processing fee per transaction. This applies to ACH payments, including those made to any third-party vendor you use to factor your invoices. We require a voided company check to be submitted and allow a minimum of 4 business days for account verification.

QuickPay Terms
Login Multimodal offers our carriers a QuickPay option at 5% fee, allowing us to pay you quickly after the delivery. QuickPay requests will be processed within 48 business hours from receipt of all approved paperwork. QuickPay requests received after hours or during holidays will be processed on the next business day. Funds will be released minus a QuickPay fee of 5% of the invoice total, plus a $7.00 ACH processing fee.
Please note, if this is your first ACH from Login Multimodal, your bank may require up to 4 business days for account verification to be processed and then funds will be deposited into your account. All QuickPay requests are subject to bank verification and Login Multimodal management approval.

Check Payment Option
For carriers who prefer check payments, no additional processing fees apply. This applies to check payments, including those made to any third-party vendor you use to factor your invoices.

Preferred Payment Option
Please indicate your preferred payment option on your invoice. If no option is specified, your payment will be processed under the standard Net 30-day terms. This means funds will be sent via ACH (subject to the $7.00 processing fee) or as a standard check with no additional fees.
